The Hawkeyes and Cowboys are on a collision course scheduled for impact on Sunday, February 24th in historic Gallagher-Iba Arena. Both teams are loaded, with marquee matchups slated for just about every weight. Both teams have also gone through plenty of changes this season. We breakdown their respective journeys below.

Below is an interactive graph that hopefully shows up and functions properly on your browsing device of choice. It shows the team the number of team points earned from hypothetical placement at the NCAAs based on the top 20 rankings, plotted over time. Each new week of rankings provided a new set of points for both Iowa and Oklahoma State.

The Hawkeyes and Cowboys have been neck and neck all season long. To further illustrate that point, below is a (hopefully) interactive graph of the team rankings (also based on team scores derived from the top 20 rankings) of each school throughout the season.

Ignore the fact that the rankings are all negative numbers, that was the only way I could get Google Sheets to reverse the order of the horizontal access. And the embedding doesn't work, here is a screen shot.
