Alex Szkotnicki Commits To McKendree
Alex Szkotnicki, the overall #17 pound-for-pound high school wrestler in the country, has committed to McKendree.

Another day, another big-time commitment for the reigning three-time national (NCAA) team champions.
Shelby Moore (#2 P4P) committed early last week. Then it was Destiny Rodriguez (#3 P4P). Now, it's Alex Szkotnicki, ranked #17 pound-for-pound and #2 at 106 pounds, who will attend McKendree University next fall.
Szkotnicki made the announcement on Instagram with the following message: "I am so excited to announce that I have decided to continue my academic and athlete career at McKendree University."

Szkotnicki enters with a nice list of credentials, including Super 32 and Junior National titles this year. The Calvert High School (Maryland) product also made a U17 World team in 2019 and appeared on this year's Who's Number One card.
Szkotnicki dominated her Super 32 finals match.
