Garzon is a Cuban Freestyle wrestler who, by way of winning the 2020 Pan American Olympic Qualification Tournament at 74 kg, qualified for his second Olympics. In his first Olympic appearance, he lost in the 2008 bronze medal bout at 66 kg.
