Peyton Prussin continues to be the star of the team at Life University. Prussin has won two NAIA Invitational titles at two different weights. The Running Eagle star won her first title at 116 pounds in 2021 then dropped down to 109 pounds to pick up her second crown.
Prussin will take on Emily Shilson at the NWCA All-Star Classic on November 22. Prussin picked out three of her favorite matches and provided brief comments on why each was important to her career.

This was the first 5 that I’ve ever gotten, it was really cool because I didn’t know I could do that.
2022 National Duals Finals vs MaKayla Campbell (Campbellsville)
The atmosphere and energy of the crowd made this a really exciting environment to compete in, especially with how competitive our two teams are. I came out dominating the match early and then put myself in a bad position to have to come back and overcome adversity.

Winning a college national title has always been a goal of mine and doing it with my parents there and knowing I made them proud made it very special.
