It's hard to overstate how much exciting college wrestling took place this past weekend. All seven conferences held their championships over the last few days and determined the majority of the qualifiers for the 2024 NCAA Championships that will take place in less than two weeks in Kansas City, Missouri.

The Big Ten, the nation's toughest and deepest college wrestling conference will hold their championship on Saturday and Sunday, March 9-10 in the Xfinity Center on the University of Maryland's College Park campus, and no we have the pressed for the tournament!

On Sunday afternoon, Penn State dominated every aspect of their Big Ten dual opener against Indiana. They won by an astonishing score of 46-0, scoring bonus points in every match but one and without giving up a single takedown across all 10 matches.

The Pittsburgh Wrestling Classic, formerly the Dapper Dan, has a long-standing tradition of showcasing high school wrestling excellence. Every year, they pit the toughest Pennsylvania high school seniors against the highest-ranked national competitors they can find. This year's PA All-Star team includes 8 nationally ranked wrestlers, half of whom are ranked in the top ten in the country. Team USA? All 12 are ranked inside the top 7 in the country with three #1s and four #2s.

There's nothing quite like Super 32. This year's field includes over 60% of the nation's 280 top-twenty-ranked wrestlers. That group includes eight of 14 #1's and six weights where the two highest-ranked wrestlers at the weight could square off for the number one spot. Fargo is often the last major tournament before incoming freshman-level up to college competition. It's also an event where committed underclassmen in high school test their might against the rest of the country.

The biggest Fargo ever is going to be packed with nationally ranked wrestlers. Here are all the boys we could find in the 16U and Junior freestyle registrations that also appear in the national high school rankings.

New Fargo rosters are in, and this time it's Michigan, Nebraska, Alaska, Virginia, North Dakota, and Alabama. Those six states boast nearly 30 ranked wrestlers including three girls ranked #1 in the country, Sabrina Nauss, Cecelia Williams, and Eliana Bommarito. Braeden Davis, the #36 recruit in the class of 2023, has made his college decision, and it's a surprise decision based on the list of five schools he thought he'd be choosing between in late October. Back then, it was Michigan, Michigan State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, and Minnesota in the running, but now, Davis will be a Nittany Lion.

Braeden Davis, one of the top lightweight prospects in the country, has narrowed his college decision to five schools. After proving his mettle at Fargo and defending his #1 ranking at Who's Number One, Davis has become a must-have recruit for many of the nation's top prospects.

This year’s Who’s Number One 113 lbs match will be similar to when states have small class vs big class state champ matches. Braeden Davis won Junior 113 this year at Fargo while Leo Deluca won 16U. Now, they’ll square off September 18th in Dallas, TX, to find out who really is number one.
