2022-23 Pennsylvania High School AAA Rankings

With returning PIAA champion Sonny Sasso making the move up to 215 pounds for the postseason, returning state medalist Tucker Hogan took over the #1 ranking after defeating #3 Cole Bartram for the Southcentral Region title. Returning state medalist Haydn Packer made the move down from 215 pounds and won the Northwest Region to take over the #2 ranking at 189 pounds. Vaughn Spencer defeated #7 Juliano Marion and #5 Brody Evans to win the Southwest Region title to enter the rankings at #4. Although taking two losses to #5 Evans, Gabriel Stafford picked up a win in between over Evans to enter the rankings at #6. A similar situation with Jake Conroy, as he took two losses to #7 Marion but also picked up a win over him along with a win by injury over #6 Stafford to enter the rankings at #9.
